Women are very finicky about their men. They know exactly what they want in a man and they have a one-track mind when it comes to finding that in any potential partner. This has given birth to a mating game that men don't always understand. So, they should play the game cautiously! Men should try to understand how women think. They have to hack into their brains and do this, so that they can seduce women effectively. The fact is that men think that they have the "tool" to intoxicate women, a bulging tumescent tool, but women often don't see things the same way!
It's not that men can't turn a woman on, but these are the rare cases - perhaps two per cent of all cases. But these odds just aren't good enough for men, are they? So, they should try to get into the minds of women and understand them so that they can hit the jackpot more often and have an exciting and exuberant sex life. But men have to be patient and understanding first! It cannot be denied that the position of women has changed in the modern world. Today, they are prominent in every field, have achieved financial independence to a large extent and are bold and vocal. They feel that they have the right to demand sexual satisfaction and marital happiness on their own terms. So, they have their own fix on how far they can go in every matter.
Today, women choose their men carefully and decide whom they want to have sex with. As a result, men who ruled the roost earlier, have to face the humiliation of being rejected and having their overtures refused. For hundreds of years, men have done the choosing and they have generally gone by cup-size rather than IQ. Now, women want to play by the same rules.
Both men and women have physical and behavioural turn-ons as far as the other sex is concerned. If one man is turned on by the cup-size of a woman, a woman might find herself turned on by a man's well-developed shoulders. Or if a man is turned on by bold behaviour, a woman might be turned on by sensitivity in a man. These turn-ons indicate that extreme pleasure can result from intercourse. Intellectuals often say that the aim of sex is not always pleasure.
It is the propagation of the species, they say. But arguments are mere sophistry. Sex is for pleasure, but nature has also helped in the matter of selective propagation of the fittest and best. Women are interested in sexually attractive males for the pleasure they know they will get from intercourse with them.
But attractive looks are also very important for them and a strong, sexually attractive body almost always goes with health and a strong, immune system.
WHAT TURNS ON WOMEN
Again, since wealth and status are also big turn-ons for women, this means that the offspring of such unions will have money invested in them and their chances of surviving and reproducing are very good.
In earlier times, childbirth was dangerous and often resulted in the death of the baby, the mother or both. Health and beauty generally went together and attracted males and the babies born of such unions were usually healthy and they survived. But men believe that women do not understand this and that they often couple with the wrong men.
Cathy, for instance, thinks that looks are not all that important in a man. Her man need not have the looks of a model, she says. Speaking for all women, she says that women are often attracted to a man who has a single good feature that they think is important.
That feature is often a sexy gait. So, men will have to learn to walk in a sexy manner to give the fit-to-reproduce signal. That might be easy, but what about other signals? How much are these signals under their control and how can they project them?
Women have it easier because the signals men give are less complicated and are easy to understand. Men are attracted by lusciously sexy looks. This is a signal that women can easily understand. This is why women are so looks conscious and why they are constantly trying to make themselves look more beautiful. They use everything that they think could help them, everything from lipsticks to corsets.
This is why women's magazines are so full of beauty features and ads for cosmetics. There is no use scoffing at this because all these things help a woman to attract men. Make no mistake, all this works! Let a woman who wants to be more attractive to men, wear a pushup bra and see what a difference that makes to her social life! A woman wants the man she loves to feel that she is hot. But today, a woman who uses her wiles on men is often called a bimbo.
Men are very conscious about their physiques and feel that they are sending out the correct signals when they firm up their muscles. They can do this with bicycling, walking or by investing more money and time in it, through martial art. But they need not overdo this muscles business.
Women aren't all that turned on by muscles. In fact, most intelligent women don't go for the musclebound weightlifter look. Yes, women like to see well-toned arm, shoulder and chest muscles in their men, because then they can wear snug-fitting short-sleeved shirts and tank tops, which are the closest equivalents of a woman's cleavage!
But Cathy has a word of warning. Men shouldn't overdo the muscles-and-tight-shirt thing because of the danger of giving the impression that they are gay. Once a man has a reasonable amount of muscles, he should just wear a simple T-shirt. This will be very effective, provided that it fits him snugly and is clean.
Amy has more to say on this business of cleanliness. She says that men should wash their hair and brush their teeth regularly. Women rejoice in their own long and shining hair. So, they are definitely turned off by greasy hair. Cathy adds that no woman will willingly get into the sack with a man who smells bad. Men should, therefore, be attentive to their breath especially after they have eaten garlic or other strong-smelling foods.
MEN SHOULD BE READY
Men should brush their teeth often. Sex with a woman doesn't go well if a man's breath is foul. If they don't have time to brush before sex, they should at least use a mouth freshener. Amy adds that women love long hair.
Not only do they like to keep their own hair long, they also love long hair in their men. It is an instant turn-on for them. So, men should grow their hair and then wash it often and toss it on their shoulders. Amy's boyfriend's hair is so gorgeous that women come up to him and touch his hair. Wouldn't it be wonderful if your guy too had something that all the other women loved?
But not all men can have and maintain such attractive physical assets and, anyway, they consider that these cues to women are less important than other behavioural and status cues. In the past, men worried whether a woman would be able to get pregnant, survive pregnancy and childbirth and give her man many children. Women worried about whether their men would be able and willing to provide for her and her children.
As women became freer, they began to think of cheating on their men or conning them into supporting their children so that they could have genetic variety in their offspring. When women began to think like this, they also began to tilt towards seeing physical sexiness as the indicator of health and suitability in a partner.
Eric is confused. How can he impress a girl and make her think that he is kind, wealthy, respected and talented, when he is just an ordinary geek? Amy feels that being articulate, speaking correctly and having a good vocabulary is important. Cathy has this suggestion for Eric. She feels that his interest in writing poetry is a definite asset. A woman loves her man reciting original poetry to her. Even if it is not very good poetry, it proves that he loves her and that he has been thinking about her.
THE IDEAL MAN
Amy says that her husband is very considerate. He regularly opens doors for her. He is not sexist or chauvinistic. She is glad that she does not have to endure the bad-mannered losers she used to date when she was single any longer. Her husband's good manners and generosity have convinced her that pleasant manners and good breeding melt a woman's heart. So, men should sit back and remember all the manners that their mothers taught them! She also says that women love men who are cool. So, men should try to be cool.
Cathy says that some women are stupid enough to think that they are more intelligent and sophisticated than women were in the past. Women love men who are interested in music and poetry. They also want their men to be courteous and good listeners. Men should also be articulate, should dress well and should be capable of rising in their professions. If men are all this, women want to display their legs and breasts to them!
Women know what they want in their men and, if they don't get what they want, they become disconsolate. So, they should make sure that men understand their signals!

What Do Women Look for in Men?

SA men are 'narcissists with Adonis complex'
South African men are world leaders in believing they are good-looking - and are the most committed to their shaving mirrors, a global survey shows.
A full 78 percent said they believed they were sexy. And their motive for looking good was to please themselves, said market intelligence company Synovate.
This was well above the world average - out of the 5 000 men surveyed in 12 countries worldwide, less than half (49 percent) believed they were sexy.
Only Greeks (81 percent) and Russians (80 percent) topped what the researchers labelled the "Adonis complex" of the South African male.
Malaysian, Chinese and French men thought less of themselves.
About 78 percent of Malaysian men believed they were not sexy, while 66 percent of both Chinese and French men did not think they were good-looking.
The results originate from 10 000 interviews of men and women conducted in October in 12 countries - South Africa, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Greece, Malaysia, Russia, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Though Italy was not included in the survey, Italian men were rated the best looking in the world.
South African men were the "most committed to shaving mirrors", with 90 percent saying they preferred a clean-shaven face, followed by China (88 percent) and Spain (84 percent).
"Most likely to embrace the beard were men from Greece (just 34 percent said they preferred to be clean-shaven), Australia and Brazil (both 25 percent) and Canada (24 percent)," the researchers said. Ninety-two percent of South African women preferred clean-shaven faces - the most among the 12 countries surveyed.
About two-thirds of South African men used beauty products designed for men.
"However, 36 percent of South African men believe men who use beauty products are not as masculine as those who don't," the researchers said. "A substantial 33 percent of women also believe this."
The top three most used products by all men were deodorant (72 percent), whitening toothpaste (61 percent) and cologne or aftershave (58 percent).
Four-fifths of South African men stated that their looks were very or quite important to them.
South African women were loyal to their men - 63 percent voted for their own men as the most good-looking in the world and 51 percent of local men agreed.
The survey also had good news for bald men: "Only 1 percent of respondents said that a full head of hair was necessary for someone to be handsome."

Male Sex Appeal Down to Good Teeth and Deodorant
What is it that makes a man attractive? In a recent survey by market research company Synovate 10,000 respondents, both male and female from 12 different countries, were questioned.
Men can breathe easy that it isn’t their lack of hair follicles or drooping jowls that are turning women off. Only one per cent of the respondents mentioned that a man must have a full head of hair to be considered handsome, with ageing also being an unimportant factor in terms of attraction.
“Words like distinguished, refined and dignified are regularly used to describe older men” says Bob Michaels, Synovate spokesman.
British men might be let off the hook for their receding hair line and age, but in terms of nationality, the stereotype holds true—it’s the “Italian stallion” which women find the most attractive.
British men might not be top of the polls in the looks department, but there are two things they can do to enhance their desirability. Cleanliness and confidence were rated the top two requirements that make a man handsome, with one fifth of respondents stating that a “man must carry himself well”, followed by a “great smile”.
Both men and women agreed that being clean shaven was preferable to facial hair, with a slight discrepancy in the Canadian and American respondents, where actors such as George Clooney and Brad Pitt have made a little stubble attractive.
The most important beauty aid for men was deodorant, followed by whitening toothpaste, and aftershave.
More women than men considered wearing aftershave or cologne as sexy, with men in Spain considering having muscles and dressing well to be essential requirements.

How to Choose the Right Men’s Fragrance
Whether heading out the door in the morning or getting ready for a night on the town, most men are not completely aware of the importance of the way they smell. Men’s fragrances are often an afterthought, but retailers out there know that men indulge in fragrances as much as women do, and that just about every man wears some type of cologne, deodorant, aftershave or if he is not a cologne person he opts for a scented body wash or a soap, unless he is allergic to scents.
If you are buying a fragrance for a Christmas gift or just for your own daily use, keep in mind that fragrances mix with the person’s natural scent therefore creating a unique fragrance - just as unique as your own retina or fingerprints are. The new cologne that smells fantastic on everyone else might smell awful on you. And for that reason, selecting the proper cologne at the fragrance counter, now laden for Christmas with all kinds of gift sets and promotions, could be confusing.
When choosing a cologne don’t just look at the bottle design, take a whiff and head to the cash register to purchase it. Appearances could be deceiving. It’s always important to try a cologne before you are purchasing it. You know that if you are buying a pair of shoes you should always try them on to make sure they fit and you like them, right? The same goes for colognes. If you are buying a cologne for someone else you should know the person, what scent he may prefer, just as if you’re secretly checking his shoe size in order to by him a pair of shoes.
Never judge a fragrance by the price! The price of a cologne doesn’t always give you a guarantee that the cologne will smell good on you or the person who wears it. An $85 bottle of cologne might not smell as good as a $50 bottle, in which case you might opt for the less expensive fragrance, which doesn’t mean that you are cheap, but that you are more focused on the quality of the product.
So,let's start our quest. When you go to a department store the person who stands in front of the men’s fragrances section is usually ready to attract your sense of smell with a bottle of cologne in his hand, ready to spritz and spray you with whichever cologne he is holding. Make sure that you remain scent-free- ask the sales person to step away from you and let you look around for the time being.
When you begin testing different fragrances always use pieces of paper or paper sample cards. Do not spray fragrances on your wrist. If you test all colognes on your wrists, after you've tried a few your hands will be drenched in different scents. By using different sample cards you'll be able to get a good idea of each bottle's true fragrance.
After you have sniffed and smelled several cologne samples there may be a problem however: all colognes you spritz and spray start to smell the same; your sense of smell has become immune to cologne. Before you faint from sniffing and smelling, take a breather and walk around the shopping center or go outside for some fresh air. Some department stores have coffee beans on the counter and, according to sales people who might offer them to you, smelling coffee or coffee beans may refresh your sense of smell and you won’t need to go outside.
While different cologne smells compete for you nose’s attention consider the following – most fragrances are made of certain scent bases: citrus, floral, chypre, woody, fougere, leather and oriental.
As the chemistry of cologne is more complex than most of us think, fragrances uncover in layers as time passes. Usually fragrances consist of a top note, middle note and base note which means that the first whiff won’t tell you how the cologne will smell 15 minutes or one hour later.
Now that you have gone through the first sampling you can eliminate those colognes that smell more like bug spray to you. When you go back to the counter you can go through all the samples you liked and choose the scent you like the most. Then it’s time to test the cologne on you: spray a bit directly on your wrist. See how the scent develops on your skin over time to determine if it is really one you like.
It’s important that when you are considering a scent for someone or for yourself that the fragrance matches yours or that person's temperament. With the perfect fragrance matching your personality, before you have shaken hands with someone and before you have even opened your mouth to speak you’ll give off the smell of success in more ways than one.

Make Men Fall in Love With You Using the 5 Secret Weapons
Finding a nice man and keeping him is something every women wants, but generally women have no, or very little idea about what makes a man fall in love and how to keep him loving you for years. From the early years it is impressed upon women that being a nice girl would ultimately be rewarded by getting a nice husband. This always does not work the way it should.
As a woman grows up, she realizes that it is quite difficult to get a meaningful love and keep him interested enough. But what make a woman attractive in men's eyes? What makes a man to fall in love with a woman? Here's the 5 men secrets I like to share with you.
(1) Beauties Will Not Last
Women generally think men are attracted to beauties or a good face or body, men are, but that does not mean that men do not look for other qualities or fail to look beyond the physical features. Most men like beautiful women, it’s the first step, but they also want more. Men want woman who are opinioned, and who expresses them openly, who would keep his interests alive and women who are good fun to be with. Men get bored easily so they need to have interesting company.
(2) Give Him More Freedom
Another myth is that men don’t want committed relationships they are always looking for relationships with no ‘hang-ups’. As women, men too want to be in a stable relationship, he too wants to feel loved and he also wants someone special so that he can shower his love. Men are very excited about the concept of love as it is. So, it’s just a question of women understanding what makes men fall in love.
(3) Men Don't Like Fake Women
To answer the question what makes men fall in love, we must first understand that all men are not alike so obviously preferences would differ, but there are enough common qualities to attract any type of a man. Men generally prefer women who are themselves, men don’t like women who fake or one who is not comfortable with who she is.
(4) Men Like Someone They Can Trust
Women in trying to please a man generally try to fit in. If a woman is attracted to a man she tries to woo him by being what his idea of a perfect female is. In most cases it does not work since a man comes to know that she is not really the girl he is looking for. And for compromising on her way of life, the man finds the women unappealing, he loses interest because he thinks there is nothing real, he also loses trust in the women for trying to be someone whom she is not. Men love a female who is comfortable in her skin and not afraid to express it. Men respect the women for her true nature and her forthrightness. Men like women who follow their own interests and leave him time to follow his own.
(5) Men Like Genuine/Confident Women
A self assured women is what makes men fall in love, she should be herself, take her own decisions, be assured about her likes and dislikes, should have her own style and grace, and should do things that pleases her. Men would gladly go along with a woman like that.
In the end if you are still worried about what makes a man fall in love, just know that it’s a genuine and confident person who is at ease with herself. This would surely land you the man of your dreams. Men don’t look for perfect bodies, but look for assured partners.
Men's Products
Like women, men are also fond of different men products. Men are also concerned about their physical beauties. Just like a woman, a man can also get different kinds of men’s product right from head to the toes.
As compared to women, men’s scalp appears to be oilier. So as far as possible there is a need to use hair products like shampoos and conditioner although they have short hairs. Thus the use of hair products for men will definitely prevent dandruff and prevent the scalp from drying. But it is essential to choose the right shampoos and conditioner so as to give the more softener look to hair.
Even there are many facial products for men. Facial products are useful to reduce the oiliness of the face that gives smoother and soothing skin layer. Facial products include products like shaving creams, facial foams, facial scrubs and toner, etc. Such products help to reduce or eliminate facial oils and dirt.
Beauty products for men consist of lotions, perfumes, sprays and deodorants. Such products are very much essential to give a pleasing personality to a man. It is necessary that men should apply deodorants every day after bath. In order to add more fresh feeling, perfumes and sprays are applied.
Men often find it difficult to get men products as they may lack knowledge of such products or they may not have so much of time to purchase the products of their necessity. So to scope with this problem there are many websites and articles that provides knowledge and availability of products for men. Within few minutes one can get best products for men. Such online services provides products like bald men products, men skin care products, men hair styling products, best shaving products for men, men grooming products, weight loss products for men, men styling products, etc.

Serious Skin Care for Men. But Do They Need It?
Women are very interested in the science of skin care, particularly as they age. As those wrinkles and lines form, as they notice their skin starting to sag and look less youthful, they begin to consider the use of good skin care products. But what about skin care for men?
For men, skin care can be something that they never consider. The closest they may come will often be the use of an aftershave so that they smell better. However there are good reasons why they ought to consider high quality skin care for men.
You see skin care isn't just about looking good, although more and more men are also becoming interested in their looks. But skincare for men is also about health. Because our skin is the biggest organ in our bodies, and just like other organs our skin is affected by age, and can become unhealthy.
Often if our skin is unhealthy that's a reflection of our general state of health. Unhealthy skin, unhealthy inside. So serious skin care for men, or for that matter women, doesn't just involve the use of high quality skin care products, though of course that's essential.
Good mens skin care involves a total approach. If unhealthy inside equals unhealthy skin, then healthy inside equals healthy skin. And this is equally true for women. So good diet, including plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, and a good exercise regime both contribute to overall health, and good skin health.
And there's 2 things that men should never do if they want to maintain overall skin health. The first is to smoke and the second is to avoid sunburn. Both are extremely damaging to the skin, and both can lead to serious skin problem.
Smoking, for example causes vascular problems, and poor blood circulation is not good for the skin. And sunburn can lead to serious skin problems, including skin cancer.
So men, like women, should take care of their overall health as a part of a good skin care routine. Good skin care for men starts exactly where it starts for women.
And for men, skin care should also involve the use of high quality skin care products and anti aging products. Men also should be able to maintain healthy skin that keeps adequate levels of moisture, for example. And which has good levels of collagen and elastin, 2 essential skin proteins that help maintain skin complexion, suppleness, youthfulness and skin elasticity.
As men age their skin loses skin collagen and skin elastin, and it's essential to replace these. Using a skin care product that has collagen and elastin in it won't replace the lost collagen and elastin as the molecules of these 2 skin proteins are too large to penetrate the skin, so remain on the surface.
But modern science has found a way to stimulate the skin to produce more of it's own collagen and elastin, and the best skin care products in the world contain ingredients that will replace lost collagen and elastin like that. Way more effective than trying to replace them by adding them to the bottle and hoping they go in, which they won't.
So for men, as for women, a total approach is needed to skin care. Serious skin care for men requires a healthy lifestyle, avoiding smoking and sunburn, and the use of the worlds best skin care products.
The worlds best mens skin care products aren't found on the shelves of your local department store, just as the worlds best womens skin care products aren't found there either. You have to track them down, they're made by a small niche skin care company.
So men, skin care is important. Be serious about skin care for men, and you, and your skin, will be healthy and look great, and serve you well into old age.
Spa Guide for Men
The new metro sexual male phenomenon has taken over all the spheres of our existence. With men increasingly lending themselves to household chores, it is almost taken that they are not to lag behind in taking care of themselves. The rise in the number of spa-going men is ample proof this very fact. And though an increasing number of men are swearing by their personal experience at a spa, this is only the tip of the iceberg. While men constitute an incredible 35% of the spa industry’s clients, this figure is projected to grow exponentially in the coming years. This not only goes on to show that men have started buying the concept of healing through therapy, but preferring spending time at a spa over playing a round of golf.
Having said this, it remains equally true that men typically hate mush. Sensing this, the spa industry, which desperately wanted to include men into its female dominated bastion, started projecting the spa experience as a necessity instead of luxury, and naming massage as a therapy instead of mere pampering, and successfully so. Today the industry is more than reaping the benefits of the seeds sown, and is witnessing a booming number of males thronging to spas to get a taste of life.
Men’s spas – a paradigm shift from the women’s version
Men’s spas no longer mean mushy places with an over abundance of pinks florals. These spas are tailor made for men’s needs right from special bathrobes for men to longer tables that are spacious enough for the average male to get treated upon. They offer unscented products to appeal to their clientele. For tougher men, the spas offer sports massages, sports buff manicure, yoga and the like.
Some of the most popular male treatments that men take to in the spas are listed below.
Seaweed body wrap
Love handles wrap
Body scrub
Facial
Manicure & pedicure
Massage (Includes Swedish, Reflexology -- foot massage; Acupressure,Deep tissue, and Aromatherapy.)
Hot and cold stone therapy
Herbal or mud bath
Steam and shower
Hot springs
Cold plunge (involves 55°F water)
Research before enrolling for treatment
Though all the abovementioned seems good enough to entice you into a visit to a spa, it is important to research on a select few spas, lest you come out unsatisfied. To make most of the visit, take your own time zeroing in upon the desired spas by researching widely over the net or through friends who have already visited one. Once the decision is made, read about the spa on the web, and go through various comments that clients and patrons have posted. Also talk to the front desk staff to clear any queries and doubts that you might have. Do not forget to check the credentials of the spa and see if it is registered with the International Spa Association.
Get into the mood
Though this does seem a little weird, it makes sense because you won’t be able to enjoy the experience if you are not prepared for it. A fortnight before the visit, start using skincare products before hand to check if they suit you well. If you find them satisfactory, you can continue their use between your visits. Enjoy a soak in warm water to which necessary oils have been added. In short, pamper yourself, before the spa takes over the reins. This is necessary so that you feel comfortable being handled by somebody else, however professional he might be.
Avoid spas that also ‘welcome men’
Understand that spas that proclaim ‘men are welcome’ signs at the bottom of their advertisements are basically spas for women who do not want to let go off that male client. They might really not be experts in treating men or could lack the equipment needed for men’s treatment.
Crossover spas are well
Visiting a spa alone for the fist time can give shivers to most of the men. Having a female companion to escort you is a better option. In such cases, crossover spas are the answer. A unisex area with a special lounging area for men is what they essentially offer, where first timers feel comfortable in the company of female companions. But, they are not couple spas by any means.
Hybrid spas
For a first timer, a heavy duty spa environment can be uncomfortable. Hybrid spas, a hybrid of a salon and a spa are places where men can enjoy regular salon services along with special spa services. They are the ‘only men’ versions of women’s beauty salons that have gained immense popularity in the recent past.
Men only spas
Some men enjoy being either with themselves or with fellow men. Such men can get pampered at men only spas that prohibit female clients. Enjoy the healing properties of a massage in a no-holds-barred environment where men can truly be men.
Conclusion
Getting used to a lifestyle where ‘you’ are the nucleus is definitely wonderful, and a visit to a spa will get you started on this. So go ahead and benefit form the knowledge of the therapists and the professional care of experts.
